Free shipping is available on orders over €150 within most continental EU countries. Additional shipping fees may apply for islands, selected EU countries, or destinations outside the European Union.

Customers have the right to request a return or cancellation within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, has 0 km mileage, and is returned in its original packaging. To request a return, customers must contact us by email with their order number and proof of purchase.

Refunds are issued once the returned products have been received and inspected by our technical team. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
