DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

- Shipping costs do not apply to all orders over 150 € within EU countries. Joyor will ship packages within 2 to 4 days after order confirmation.

- For shipments to countries outside the EU, in individual cases, additional costs may apply for which the seller is not responsible and must be borne by the customers.

- Unless otherwise specified in the offer, the delivery time is 3-5 days within Spain. In EU countries, the delivery time is 5-10 days. In countries outside the EU, the delivery time is 7-10 days.

- In the event that not all ordered goods are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, to the extent reasonable for you.

- If delivery of the goods fails three times, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. If necessary, any payment made will be refunded to you immediately.

- If the goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain immediately about such errors to the delivery person and contact us as soon as possible at info@joyorscooter.com.
