What do we insure?

The pecuniary consequences of the civil liability that may arise for the Insured Party for material and personal damages and damages caused to third parties in his/her capacity as owner and/or user of the personal mobility vehicle will be covered.
How to make the payment?

Payment of the premium is made in a single installment at the time of purchase/contract.
Coverage Period:

The policy comes into force at the moment of contracting and will remain in force for 1 year, which can be automatically extended
if the client so stated during the activation process.
How to activate your insurance?

When you purchase the insurance for your Joyor scooter, our sales team will receive your order and once the purchase is processed, you will receive an email with the activation code and the link to activate it.

In the Event of a Claim:

Claims must be reported within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of the claim. The insured should contact Helvetia at 900909014 or 954593239.
