We process and dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Free shipping is available on orders over €150 within most continental EU countries. Additional shipping fees may apply for islands, selected EU countries, or destinations outside the European Union.
Customers have the right to request a return or cancellation within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, has 0 km mileage, and is returned in its original packaging. To request a return, customers must contact us by email with their order number and proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued once the returned products have been received and inspected by our technical team. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

This limited warranty covers any defects in the new Joyor devices accompanied by this limited warranty statement for a period of 24 months* after the first retail purchase for the electric parts (display, controller, motor, and charger) against manufacturing defects on a replacement basis, and a 12-months or 2000 km warranty for the battery (whichever comes first) under normal installation, use, service, and maintenance.
Only consumers purchasing this device from an authorized Joyor retailer or reseller may obtain coverage under this limited warranty.This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
(*) 36 months warranty period for purchases in Spain.
(**) The Y8-S ABE and S5 ABE electric scooter models sold for the German market have a 1-year warranty on all electrical parts, including the battery.
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
1. Commercial use, accident, abuse, neglect, shock, heat or humidity beyond product specifications, improper installation, operation, maintenance, or modification.2. Any misuse contrary to the instructions in the user manual.3. Malfunctions caused by other equipment.
