TERMOS E CONDIÇÕES GERAIS
1. ÂMBITO DE APLICABILIDADE
The following Joyor terms and conditions apply to all contracts that a consumer or corporate customer enters into with the seller in relation to the goods and/or services presented by the seller on its online store. The inclusion of the customer’s own conditions is excluded, unless other terms have been agreed.
For the purposes of conditions, a consumer is understood to be any natural person enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed General who either to his commercial activity or to his freelance activity.
A legal person client, within the scope of these General Conditions, means any natural or legal person or business company with legal personality, which acts in the fulfillment of its commercial or freelance activities at the time of the conclusion of a legal business.
2. GARANTIA
This limited warranty covers any defects in new Joyor devices accompanied by this limited warranty statement for a period of 24 months* after the first retail purchase of electrical parts (display, controller, motor and charger) against defects in workmanship and material in a replacement and a 12 month or 2000 km warranty on the battery (whichever comes first) under normal conditions of installation, use, service and maintenance.
Only consumers who purchase this device from a Joyor authorized reseller or reseller may obtain coverage under this limited warranty.
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
(*) Warranty period of 36 months for purchases in Spain.
3. CANCELAMENTO E RETIRADA
Consumers have the right to return products or cancel their orders within 14 days of purchase without any reason just in case the product is unused, has 0 km of total mileage and is in its original box. The return period will expire after 14 days from the day of purchase, or from a third party other than the carrier that you indicate, acquire, physical possession of the property.
To exercise the right of return or cancellation, the customer must inform Joyor of the decision by email, sending his order number and purchase receipt. In order to comply with the return period, simply send your communication on the exercise of the right of return before retirement expires.
If the customer requests a return that meets all the requirements of our return policy, we must refund all payments except shipping costs. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something different has been expressly agreed with you; in any case, fees will be charged as a result of such reimbursement.
In all cases of returns, we withhold the refund until the merchandise is returned and analyzed by our technical team. The customer must bear the costs of returning the goods.
4.TERMOS DE PAGAMENTO
The prices listed on the Joyor website are final and include legal Spanish VAT.
Additional delivery and shipping costs that may apply will be indicated separately in the offer for each product presentation.
In the case of deliveries within the EU, the seller offers the following payment options, provided that nothing to the contrary is stated in the offer for each presentation of the product:

If the bank transfer payment method has been selected, we will inform you of our bank details in the order confirmation and you will need to include the order number in the transaction note.
5. ENTREGA E ENVIO
Shipping cost is waived for all orders over €150 in EU countries, Joyor will ship packages within 2-4 days after order confirmation.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, in individual cases, additional costs may apply for which the seller is not responsible and must be borne by the customers.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery time is 3 to 5 days in Spain. In EU countries, the delivery time is 5-10 days. In countries outside the EU, delivery should take place within 7-10 days.
If not all products ordered are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, as long as this is reasonable for you.
If the delivery of the goods fails three times, we have the right to terminate the contract. If necessary, any payments made will be promptly refunded to you.
If the goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, immediately complain about these errors to the delivery person and contact us as soon as possible at
6. RESPONSABILIDADE POR DEFEITOS
Joyor assumes all responsibility for defects caused by factory defect.
7. LEI APLICÁVEL
Spanish laws will apply to all legal relationships between the parties, excluding the laws governing the international sale of goods. For consumers, this choice of law only applies to the extent that the protection granted is not revoked by mandatory statutory provisions of the law of the country or state in which the consumer normally resides.
